Default Weird leak Now, low idle problem, WTF?

I was doing a quick once over of my engine bay and I noticed this:

It is right under the dizzy. Any idea what is leaking?

Should be an easy fix, but it doesnt look too bad to me. Id prob just leave it until it gets worse. Its winter here and Im all abot not working on my car in the cold. If it doenst NEED it, I wait till spring lol.

I haven't had a chance to check it yet.

I was wondering, if it is the cam seal, is there anything else I can change out at the same time (like when you change the water pump at the same time as the timing belt)???

I would just rather change everything to new if its easier to do all at once.

Got the pics you wanted. I just pulled it off and snapped a few shots. Didn't clean or anything. I dont see any oil, so what else could it be?

Default Weird Leak, now low idle problem

O.k. So I take of the dizzy cap to take those pics. I take it off, I put it back on. No plug wires disconnected, nothing turned or touched.

That was about two hours ago. I run out to go to Target to get a gift card and I am about two blocks from my house when the idle dips to like 100 or 200 RPMs. It does this for about 2 miles whenever I am not on the gas. So I pull over at Autozone and have the codes pulled, Nothing. So I pullout my trusty Leatherman e306 and turn up the idle speed via the adjustment screw. That allowed me to do what I had to do out and get back home.

So here is my question, what the hell did I do to my car? All I did was take off the dizzy cap and put it right back on? ANY IDEAS???
