Well, dunno how to say this but fuel economy was, well dunno but since i changed the plugs,oil + filter ( not air filter yet. couldnt get one untill today) i unplugged the battery leads,left for a while put them back on and started her up, last few weeks now fuel consumption has become down right idiotic, i filled her up to the brim and so far done 159 miles and its on half way, last time i checked this out id done 267 miles when it was on 1/4 tank, this rate i wont get that, my driving style hasnt changed..Is there owt i need to do to re-register the ECU settings or what has happened that i dont know about. Its a 1.6 ESi Auto ( 93/D16z6?). Suppose its the beast of the auto tranny that guzzles fuel then....

Spevie, spending a fortune over here in the UK on fuel. LOL
