RE: what happend?

Sorry to hear man but it sounds like you threw a rod. Engine compression kept you from going over 60. You get regular oil changes? How many miles on the car? What engine do you have?

I doubt those mods are the cause.. How were you driving when it happened?

RE: what happend?

how do you drive the car? like drive hard every gear ripping them up and down or just your occasional sprint up the street

ya coulda just been its time........

alls it takes is one steel shaving to end up in the wrong spot :(

sometimes it can never be explained BUT the aftermath is very noticable!!!!!

only way to fidn out what failed is to start pullen it apart. :( look at it realy close and try to find out where the rod was thrown.... but if oil is everywhere.... the block is probably trashed. :(
