What would cause a misfire on all 4 cylinders??
Problem arose after I seafoamed my car. God damnit. Now I keep getting CEL's for random missfires. What would be causing this? A friend of mine said that it could be my spark plugs, wires, distributor cap. I also have a pretty big exhaust leak.
Would and of these cause hesitation or bogging at low RPMs? It seems as soon as I get past 3k rpms, it has no problem. But anything under that, I get constant bogging, and it's really hard to accelerate.

Have you tried clearing the codes from the ECU to see whether they repeat?
Did you put Seafoam into both the gas tank and through a vacuum line (brake booster) leading to the intake manifold (see forum DIY)? I think the treatment was partially effective but it may have left some residue in the fuel injectors and valves, possibly causing your problems. You might consider putting some more Seafoam into the vacuum hose of the brake booster.
