Default where to find short open lug nuts?

Guys, I just bought a set of exel rims today for my 7th gen. it isfive spoke with center cap which covers the whole bolting area.the previous owner said OEM lug nuts would work, yeah they indeed worked but i couldn't put in the center cap to cover it coz the OEM nutsare tall. I think I would need shorter open type or shorter closed type nuts. anyone can tell me where to get em cheap? and are there open type locking nuts? all i see are closed type locking nuts.

Honda makes them, stock 90-91 CRX Si wheels had a centercap like that. See part #19
