can any one tell where is my fuse box on a 2000 honda civic

it's usually located at the dealership or at a mechainc's shop.

Can you be any less helpful?

If you open the bonnet up, it should be visible in the top right corner.

Once you've located it, THIS thread should give you all the information you need on it.

Ok I know this looks bad not knowing where the fuse box is but some cars have two and this being my first honda just want to do every thing right. I looked in the manual but could not find where it is.

there is one located in the engine bay top left corner and one under the driver side dash

There is one under the hood near the battery, and one under the dash by the steering wheel.

Get yourself a Haynes manual.
I see you're doing alot of work and a haynes manual will definitly help you out along the way.
