Hi all, new here..love all Honda products..

I have a 92 Civic with an intermitent speedo. The test code is 17 which indicates the VSS. I have the service manual and think I can change it out but haven't been able to locate it. Of course it's 15 degrees outside right now and don't feel like staying outside too long.

Any insight?

I'm not sure about those pictures as its a accord, but it should be loacted in the low front of the engine compartment

 

no, the VSS is on the tranny, right straight below the tube going from the intake filter to the TB, above the passenger side axle.
