why would cv boot rip in 20k miles ?
 
i chgd the pass side cv shaft 20K miles ago and its ripped wide open again,these are lifetime replacements and free but its a pain to chg,why didn't it last longer, the orignal had 123k miles on it,thanks

why does mine fling axle grease out in a circle around it, with no rips in it? again, lifetime warranty, so no money out of pocket, but its a pain.

heh, i dont think so. its a decent axle setup from carquest. ill just replace it i think. oh well.

LOL I have one of those 1/8 scale nitro powered 2 stroke RC cars, I decided to get some CV joints for it, and the boots on those things lasted 20 minutes! lol. I feel your pain!
