I use silicone spray to lube the tracks. If it still happens, the window track may be tweak.

I had the same issue with my 98 Civic that I used to own. I probably took my window out about 30 + times to fix it before the window shattered into a million pieces. I would suggest cleaning out the inside of all the tracks. Also, make sure you are using the bolts on the bottom corner of your doors to tighten the window tracks into place properly. If you do not know where they are, I bet "RonJ" has a picture for you. This happened with my driver and passenger door window. I noticed that if I put the window all the way down, this would cause the window to come off track. Good Luck!

Adjust the bottom of the tracks so they are close to the window (but not binding on it) when it is down, and make sure the bolts are secure. The bolt holes should be slotted so you can loosen the bolt and move the track.

adjust the window balancer/alignment, whatever it's called. When you take apart the door panel it's located right in the middle of the door, a little to the left. Play with the window and that balancer to see what works. I had to keep mine down as far bottom as possible otherwise with it up the window will come out as it goes near the top.

and lubing the seals would help. I had to buy a nut for those bolts today because when mine gets to the top it'll drop a few centimeters so I'm going to secure the bolt(stripped metal in door where bolt stays, that's why it's loose)
