windshield washer fluid wont spray

last week my washer fluid light came out in my dash, i finally got around to putting fluid in yesterday when it stopped spraying fluid. ever since then it hasnt sprayed any fluid ive put 1 whole jug of fluid in the fluid tank and nothing. the fluid light is still on and ive emptied a whole jug? wtf? the wipers still work, i dont hear the motor going in the washer fluid like it used to. anyone know what fuse runs the motor? i would like to get this solved asap it started snowing hard this morning and i need this to work
thanks

I have a 1999 honda civic ( CDN )

Fluid may have leaked out. Or pump failed. I'm pretty sure it's on the same fuse as the wipers so if wipers work, fuse must be good. The bumper needs to be removed (not that difficult) to access the tank and pump.

I'm not sure about that model but I think you remove the turn signals from the bumper as the bumper bolts are behind them, also remove screws in the wheel wells.
