wipers will not park in off position
I'm having trouble tracking down the reason my wipers will not return to the park position when i turn them off. I pulled the switch and checked to make sure all the appropriate switching was happening, according to the shop manual. I tried a different motor, but my wipers will still not return to the part position. any suggestions? thanks a bunch.
