1) yes
2) probably not
3) I'm not sure (without you rolling the fenders). I'd stick with a 2" or less drop just to be on the safe side. I'd check to see if Tein makes S-techs for 'rexes.

i had a 91 with 17X7's and 40 series tires, and i rolled my fenders and had a set of ebach sport line springs (1.8in. drop) and it onlyrubbed when i hit bumps makeing a tight u-turn, but i had a b16-T somine set a lil lower than normal cuz of weight.
