yea i live in des plaines and i was wondering if there are any people that know a cruise spot around my area where people with real cars hang out lol

 

I've heard people race in China Town, but not having a car with any real HP i can't go race much. There is a drag strip about 1hr away in Union Grove, WI. I'm in Niles.

Me too. However, i don't like the idea of watching street racing since i dont' condone it and don't wanna get busted by the cops. Me and my friend want to goto Import Wars #1 at Great Lakes Dragway. Its May 29th and the drag strip is about 1hr away from us. The schedule can be found at www.greatlakesdragaway.com. They have a bunch of different events. They have a Import Wars once a month, a Summit Racing thing for domestics, slick nights, Nitrous only nights and some other stuff. I can't wait until school ends so i can go to the track. I'm still trying to find out how much it is to watch the race. I know that its like $20.00 to race on the days when the track is open to the public.

 

hmmm ok ill look at that lol but you never like get together with a bunch of friends and go cruise a busy road and stuff??

 

Well currently i don't have a car, so no i don't. But thats something i would like to do.

Take Golf Road East until you get to Potter or Dee. There is a Jiffy Lube on Golf and Potter and a Citgo on Golf and Dee. Take a right and you are in Des Plaines. Go a little farther East until you get to Milwaukee and your in Niles.
