Anyone know of any places around the wisconsin area with a dyno and the ability to fine tune a turbo civic?

theres a shop in madison that works on imports. dont know the name though sorry

I know of midwest hybrid, but they have no dyno. And dyno tune, but they wnet out of buisness.
