I have a 90 civic lx 4 door sedan.and need to adjust the timing.The hanes manual says there is a plug to disconnect to hook up a jumper wire to it to go into base timing.Does any one know where it is located.And what should the timing be set at.There are three marks and about an inch away a single one where should it be
