when you have over $8,000.00 in the turbo and engine you really do want to know whats going on. I dont have any thing I dont need.
oil press-fuel press-oil temp-water temp-trans fluid temp-air/fuel ratio-boost psi-volts-5” tach

if you want to know what they are for:
oil press-the turbo is cooled by oil , no pressure no turbo bearings.
fuel press-to low of pressue = detination = big boom
oil temp-turbo housing is 1500'f and that will trash the oil and the rest of the engine, Thats why I also have a moroso 5.5Qt aluminium oil pan, to disapate heat and more oil= more protection.
water temp-under boost the whole engine heatsd up fast and if u overheat the coolant bye-bye $200 head gasket.
trans fluid temp-Okay this one isnt critical but trannys arent cheap and the fluid does heat up.
air/fuel ratio-to lean=BOOM.
boost psi-used to set boost and make sure psi doesnt spike or else BOOM.
volts-I only put about 3000miles a year and the battery doent like that.
5” tachused mainly for the shift lite. overrev=BOOM

i love to school young-uns
any more questions?
