my old 97 civic's speakers gave up some time ago, and so i replaced them with appropriately sized polk units... replaced the tweeters with the polk units, and mounted the x-over inside the door to the inside of the vapro barrior... this has worked ok, but its pretty obvious that they need some kind of enclosure or controlled air space, as the door just isnt cutting it... i'm driving them with about 75w per side, and would like to be able to use that power, rather than having then just flap about in the breeze.... suggestions on what to do, how to fab, what to use for some kind of an enclosure... i would like to keep the door looking as stock as i can for now..
