Default automatic transmission

2001 honda civic lx 4 door

I want to upgrade this car but don't know where to start. I want faster acceleration and better handling. Not for racing but everyday driving. Any advice. Its automatic transmission.

i have the same situation in an 03 dont put performance parts other than exhaust and maybe a sri for the sound because you wont feel the difference go with a sick suspension set up. mine is pretty good springs, shocks/struts, camber kit, camber bolts, and some other stuff its fun to take tight turns in.

Well. I kinda feel the same way about my car. I want it to look good, drive fast, and handle well, all without costing me dependibility.

If I were you, and I'm going this way, too. Get an intake. Some new headers with a high flow cat. A catback exhaust. And strut bars.

From there. That's all your opinion on looks.
