I say some things from ebay are ok.

most headlight/taillight replacements are usualy ok, just depending on who you buy from
most stereo and electronics deals are ok, as long as they aren't refurbed and they have been around a while
most interior mod's are ok.

things like cold air / short ram intakes are usualy crap
exhaust systems are usualy crap

there is a huge list of crap items, but for the most part, as stated, you get what you pay for.
Granted some vendors do overprice, what I do is find a trusted vendor and a trusted product, then look for that product on ebay, if no one is selling it I find another trusted product. I rarely buy cheap items that look like deals, unless I know for a fact that they will hold up.

It all depends on what you are wanting to buy honestly. Ebay can be a huge resource, or an embarassing failure.

Yep. Just dont forget SSautochrome ebay products are garbage espaccially for Turbos. If your doing a bigger mod then its best to stick to brand named. For intake AEM is great. Exhuast, greddy, magnaflow.
Suspension: tein, tenzo. tires: Toyo, BF Goodrich. Headers: Magnaflow, BBK, Hooker, DC. Turbo: Greddy, Jackson racing, garret. Thos are alll good brands. Bad brands or cheaper brands are like megan racing, and Ssautochrome.

+1 for megan racing, great products, lower price, but thats not what this thread is about. put it this way, like INJENalltheway said, you get what you pay for, so that way you cant be surprised if something from ebay doesnt work out
