New to the civic world here and wanted to know what the different classifications were for these civic models? Ex dx cx etc thx!

 

Depends on what generation of Civic. Typically:

USDM:
DX=base model
DXVP=base model plus cd player and keyless entry
LX=base model plus power locks, power windows, power mirrors, CD player
EX=better engine (vtec) with power everything and a sunroof/moonroof
Si=highest trim with better engine, sometimes better suspension

There's also a CX,VX,GX,HX.

GX=natural gas engine
HX,CX,VX, I dunno. I forget.

Canadian trims:
LX=EX
EX=Si
Si=SiR
