ef hatch with b18c

wassup everyone.. im new to the site... new to forums period.. been trying to do my research and its not easy..i got a 1991 honda civic si hatchback... i have a jdm integra type r motor in the car... so far i got innovative engine mounts.. the shift linkage.. the axles... and the front crossmember.. the motor is already in and i got the mechanic doing my work but im trying to do my research on what else i should do this motor.. im definetly staying naturally aspirated.. im trying to figure out what computer i should run.. my mechanic is saying stay od0.. with a chipped pr3..i want to do it right the first time. i built an ls/vtec in my 99 hatch about ten years ago.. so ive been out of the honda game for a while..do i need a vtec controller for this motor.. if so should i upgrade my fuel rail.. should i go hondata for my ecu and if so which one and where should i order it.. i got so many questions and dont no where to start.. any help...

Hondata s300 ECU is the best IMO. No need for a separate vtec controller. No need for an upgraded fuel rail. I would go with an OBD1 ecu. Don't think you can chip anything but OBD1.
