ok i Just picked up a cheap jap import civic 1.3. my problem is when the car is switched on it idles very low and irratically, around 200-400rpm. if i turn on a/c or anything else the car eventually stalls! i replaced all the spark plugs and found that one of the old plugs was covered in oil so im presuming this is the root of my problem. is my engine f****d????
