I bought my first honda, a minty fresh 95 dx with 127,000! Its in good shape but its been neglected for years. im busy doing all the little things and its nickel and diming me to death. still way better than my last two fords 5.0s with blown heads. it even came with integra discs and trailing arms in the trunk so i can do a rear disc swap. im going to be doing the tie rods soon, then itll be brakes and wheel bearings. idk if im up to the task of the timing belt and water pump, or if i should take it to a shop, or maybe even the stealership for that... while im on the subject, ik this isnt a tech thread but i cant post in the diy thread for some reason. does the 95 take green coolant or blue? some posts ive seen says that pre-96 hondas take "emerald green" old honda coolant, while most hondas take type ii blue. previous owner had a new radiator put in "because the a/c didn't work" and the coolant is low so its hard to tell, but it looks like neon green, which is apparently different than the emerald green.
