Hey. I bought a really sweet 98 Honda Civic 2d Ex last Fall. I have been pretty impressed that even with 160,000 miles on it still runs great. I got a super deal on it too. I am wanting to charge up my A/C and don't know what refrigerant to use. Also what tool to use.

I would like to know a little info about my model that I am unsure about. Is the engine on my model the Vtech with SOHC and 16 valves? Also what is the model # of the engine? I know it is 1.6 Liter.

I took this car from dirty all over inside and out and cleaned and detailed (besides the ashes from my cigs) inside and out. It did totally make the car a new personality. I will take a picture(s) and upload very shortly. Thanks Ya'll.

With it being a 98, it'll be R132a.

If it's an EX, it's a SOHC VTEC, D16y8.
