I bought a 99 civic ex with 131,000 last week.

Pretty good condition. I'm amazed that the civic maintain their value so well.

I just sold a mazda 626 so I am down to only 4 cars now.....

The car came with stock 14" steel rims with hubcaps. I would like to go with 14" alloy rims since the tires are almost new.

I am looking right now for used 14" rims.

 

I would suggest looking at Si Rims, GSR "Blades", or GSR "hammers". They are all 15''.
If you really want 14s, then I would suggest to look at Civic HX rims.

 

I too recently got a civic, trying to sell my 626 and also looking for HX wheels since my 14" tires are very new, funny.
