Replaced the pcv valve and bleed the cooling system fixed the idle problem. Checking the fuel pressure tomorrow. Didn't have time today. Also the brakes want to work sometimes and don't work at times. Ive bleed the brakes and everything. What could cause this??

 

Is the brake fluid topped off, fresh, and properly bled? Have you inspected the pads, rotors and calipers for damage or signs of excessive wear?
