go for a civic. an si is faster than an ex...but you can mod the ex just as well. but if you dont want to spend alot then go for something possibly below an ex. i dunno, but i think you will be happy with a civic unless you are a BIG guy.

 

You know what's funny though when i bought my LX wich has 114K on it and seemed to get up and go pretty quick for haveing that many miles on it and it is bone stock but not for long
