Default HI

I have a '95 Honda Civic Dx hb and its a great car. But I do have a slight problem. When it rains water drips into my car. There is a drip underneath glovebox and another drip underneath the panel below the stirring wheel. There also a whistling sound I get on the right side of the windshield when driving faster then 45 mph. Does anyone know what measures I would have to take to fix this problem? Is it a fix it yourself or should take I it to someone? If so, who?

Take it to some one who replaces wind shields and they could fix the leak. All it is is your seal sround your wind shield are not good.
