Hi everyone!

Hi first off I would like to say that i do not have a civic but have been looking into them here recently. I currently own an Srt4 Neon (yes i know its a neon) and have done some pretty decent modifications to it.

Now i don't know a whole lot about the civic world but would like to investigate and possibly purchase and old 95 or so civic. My intentions are to also modify it and enjoy both car's as long as possible. I promise to use the search button and if there are any specifics that anyone would care to share I would love to hear.

Also what are the better aftermarket vendors that I could look into cause the ones I have seen have been ebay turbo's and there less than the cost of just a turbo period.

I'm on srt forums as Yukon Cornelius as well if any of you are registered there. I'm also not here to flame...

Thanks guy's

Dave.

welcome to HCF, Hope you end up getting a civic soon. Definately dont get anything post 2000. eg and ek civics are fun, stylish, and there are lots of aftermarket options for fairly cheap. In my opinion, 99-00 civics look the best, but to each his own.

If you go with a 6th gen(96-00) I would suggest searching around for an EX or HX trim level. DX(106hp) and LX(106hp) have the same non vtec sohc. EX(127hp) and HX(115hp) have vtec sohc.

I do my shopping on ebay, or THMotorsports.com depending on what im buying. They have a low price match guarantee, great customer service, and lots of promo coupons.
