Default hi! i'm new

Just wanted to say hi! I have a '95 Honda Civic Hatchback. I can't say that I know a lot about cars in general but I'm hoping to learn a lot from this forum! Can't wait

thanks! i've tried the search thing now and it's great! The only problem is like I said, I don't know much about cars in general, let alone my own and I'm having a hard time trying to understand all the terms. I'm sure I'll get used to it. Thanks again for all the kind welcomes

I'm not really looking to do much to it. I just want to learn how to maintain it properly and to become more familiar with it. I'm always a bit skeptical about what a mechanic is telling me when I bring my car in because I'm afraid they'll try to rip me off just because I'm a girl and they assume I don't know any better. Truth is - I really DON'T know any better! But I can change that.

Thanks again for the warm welcome

yes before you take it to anyone you should always ask the people on HCF. there is at least one person that has done something that someone else has not done. i hope that you learn a lot on here and can actually perform basic mods and maintenece on the car when its all said and done. good luck
