i guess i should do this...
...even though i've already made my presence known in Street n Strip.
i am *GASP* a newb. the name's Laura...if anyone is on any of the other major car forums out there, i'm known as either poppyzero or falnfenix. i'm more of a Toyota person, but ended up over here randomly - not 100% sure how.
anywhat - i currently own a 2001 Corolla S(the S stands for Slow). no real "speed" modifications have been done to this vehicle, though it's at least kindof pretty. once i get her repainted and get the corner of the hood fixed, i'd like to get her into some shows. maybe next season - it depends entirely on money. again, no "speed" modifications have been done. this is a daily driver, nothing more - eventually, i'll have an RX7 again.
now...on with the info, and a pic or two if cardomain feels like behaving.
the car STARTED like this:
two years and a smattering of mods later...
MODIFICATIONS
Engine:
Thermal R&D muffler with stainless catback
Suspension/Wheels/Brakes:
Tokico struts
Intrax springs
TRD strut bar
Hotchkis sway bars
HOPEFULLY another set of wheels in the spring. my Konigs went bad on me.
Interior:
Celica GT front bucket seats.
Exterior:
redded out taillights
clear corners
silver stars in headlights and corners
CF hood with color coded partial paint and flush mounted locking hoodpins
TRD lip kit
35% tint (gotta stay legal)
removed sidemoulding
removed emblems from trunk
Audio:
Alpine CDA-7897
1000W Kenwood amp
12" Audiobahn sub
Future:
HID kit is on its way to me
before tint and lowering:
this is before i had to go back to my stock steels *sob*
soooo....who feels like flaming?

This isn't the correct forum to come to if all you wanna do is get flamed. We try not to flame. Toyota people are welcome at HCF.

heh...i was joking about the flaming...i'm just used to being harassed for being an avid corolla owner. i've owned three and still plan on getting an AE92 GT-S(the generation after the RWD corollas) for beating around an autocross track.
thanks.
thanks.
