Default Looks or Performance?

All,

I wanted to make a couple of changes to my car but not sure what to do first.

1. New DC Sports 4-2-1 CERAMIC EXHAUST HEADER TWO PIECE with GReddy EVO2 Exhaust Systems or
2. New wheels and tires?

It’s a 1996 EX with a brand new paint job (picking it up tomorrow), replacing the tint on Monday, AEM CAI, Chrome Dual Halo Blue Projector Headlights and a clean engine bay.

As you can see, not much mods in the performance side yet. Just wanted to get it looking good first.

welcome to the forum. if it were me, id probably get rims and tires. i mean really this could go either way because you have an intake and a header and exhaust would finish that up nicely.

^I almost agree. You'll get better throttle response with an intake. So I'd go wheels/tires, intake, exhaust.

even tho thats the opposite of what I did[:@]

I'd say go with the wheels first since there more exterior mod.
Wheels can make a ride look reaaally good. It changes the look of your car a lot. (i don't like stock much that's why)

can't really help out with which wheel you should buy, as long if you like it that's what matters.
but for suggestions.. i like this one

i would go with the performance side first becuase the mods that you want to do are good mods to start with. When modding a car you want to get the air pumpin through the engine so the headers and exhaust are a good choice. Suggestion: Drive around with an after market intake before the exahsut cause it gives the engine a roar... Just kinda fun. Have fun and good luck

if it was my car i would buy a high quality lowering kit like omni power full coilover w/ a front and rear camber kit, because a lowered car looks better than a 4x4 with rims
