Lowering my civic

Hi, brand new to the site, and pretty new to working on cars. I recently bought myself a 2000 civic ex coupe and was looking to lower it down a bit just for looks. I was looking at coilovers that were decent but would break the bank. Originally I was going to go with some raceland ek Coilovers, but saw many mixed reviews. I was then looking at function and form type 1 coilovers but also saw mixed reviews. I'm just looking to lower my car maybe 2-3 inches, not slammed or anything, just a clean drop. And performance wise I'm not looking for anything insane. It's my DD and all I want is a lowered look and maybe a little bit better performance than OEM for just screwing around town. Any input is greatly appreciated on the above mentioned coilovers. Thanks!

My review on both would be mixed as well. You get what you pay for.
