manual swap

my frind has a 200 civic ex and its an automatic he wants to switch it to a stick can anyone tell him about how much it would cost to do that

a 200 lol we get people at work who do that all the time, check the transmission and diff forum though they already covered this alot.

ps its usualy not worth the crap, sell the car buy a stick much cheaper

Just buy a manual cause otherwise you have to get the pedals, linkage, transaxel, (ECU from a manual is usually recommended otherwise it can idle weird). I would just go buy a manual you would definately save money.

Usually its hard to get exactly what you want there, cause those junkyards are usually the ghetto ones. I only saw one civic when I went down to the pull-it-yourself junkyard.
