98 civic with 1.6 5 spd
its too slow for me

many years ago i had an olds calais 442 with 2.3 HO quad 4 that thing felt fast to me only mods were exhaust and cold air intake


what can i do to make my civic fast for under a thousand

I got it for the gas mileage but Im bored with it
