1991 Civic Hatch
B16 (beefed up as I can get it whle keeping it streetable)


anyhow, the only thing keeping me from buying the vehicle to build is possible salvage title issues.

the guy at the yard said it won't be street legal b/c it has a salvage title.
the kicker is it wasn't wrecked... it's a theft recovery or a break in....

the body is in really good shape.
just needs suspension, axels, engine, trans, and wheels n tires n breaks to be a fast as hatch.

then i can work on cosmetics....

I am wondering if there is a law that prohibits salvaged cars from being overhauled and registered w/ legal tag.

Any ideas?
