just got a 98 civic it tries to start but won't run its gettin fuel and white spark already put on new fuel pump fuel filter checked timing belt changed distributer put new ngk plugs in it new battery still won't fire up but it is hitting anyone have any thoughts

no its not throwin any codes changed the plugs fuel pump the filter swapped out injectors and distributer timing was one tooth off reset it compression is good gets fuel spark looks good was firing but since i reset tming now it won,t even try to fire i,m stumped
