RE: need more hp!!!
Ok no do not waste your money on camshafts, intake manifolds, or any of that. You have a D15B8 which is pumping out a monstorous 70 hp. You need to do a swap. For under $400 I bet you can find either a D16Z6, D16Y8 or shell out a little more cash and get a JDM D15B. All those motors are around 130 hp. You can buy the intake manifold, camshaft, clutch, flywheel, cat-back, and all that stuff and easily spend over $1000. Well that is a waste on your motor. Once you get a z6,y8,or the jdm d15b in your car, you will have a huge noticable gain for less than $500. Plus you can expand from there once you get more cash. The camshaft, IM, cat-back are going to benifit you more once you get a motor worth spending all of that money on. You can keep your all your mods that you have already bought and put them on your swap.

Nope sorry dude but your car has 70 hp. Click here to see a list of Honda engines and information about them.
D16Z6
D = series of engine. In this case, d-series
16 = displacement. In this case, 1.6 liters
Z6 = it just identifies an engine from the rest of the series. I dont really know what it means but its not that important.

try a tbs (throttle body spacer), a full cat-back exhaust,or an intake manifold... I wouldn't recommend doing anything ignition-wise (external-coil conversion, etc.), since the stock ignition is good up to about 500hp.

RE: need more hp!!!
reaper, that would be a complete waste of money on his engine. As I stated before he has 70 hp and putting that stuff on will give him a max of about 15 hp on a very good day. Now he is at 85 and he has spent over 600 dollars on that crap. 600 dollars for 15 horsepower is not any good. What he needs to do with that 600 dollars is get a d16z6, d16y8, or even a JDM d15b. For under 600 you can achieve almost 130 hp. Would you rather spend 600 for 60 hp gain or 600 for a 15 hp gain? Now once you get your engine swapped you can focus on those other things like a cat-back. You just need a good base motor to start from.
