if its the sohc non-vtec 16 valve then it has 102hp and i think 98 ft.lb of torque. the a6 uses the same came as the b7 and i think exospeed or areospeed makes one for that motor

The USDM 1992-1995 Honda Civic CX's have the D15B8. The DX/LX trim levels have the D15B7 and so does LSi coupe in Europe. All USDM CX's come with the B8's. He is running the B8 unless his car is not USDM. Even if he did have a B7 he would want to do a Mini-Me. But he doesnt have the B7 so a z6/y8/d15b swap is the best choice on a limited budget.

i can get almost get my car to 200k. i can get to 90k in second gear. i think it has a lil more then 70 hp. when i had my stock colt it almost had 70hp (at least thats what i was told)

There's a difference between how much horsepower an engine has, and how much the tires actually put down.
