Hey I wanted to put a muffler on that sounded good like a low growling noise. I don't want one that will wake up the neighbors what would be the best one to get ?

I have a 99 si, and I bought an ebay catback called tsudo. sounds great and comes with a silencer.

Also do you know of any modifications that give you some real power for not too much money, maybe a couple hundred dollars thanks
