Did you do all the mods on the car? or did you buy it the way it is?

i'm assuming he has a tach in his cluster since he is running a d16z6 motor which most likely indicates its an EX so it should have one.

Nice car, looks really clean man! All I would do is take off that Skunk2 sticker, and PLEASE don't get a wing, unless it's a factory one. Everyone hates on the tach, I don't think it would be too bad... But I do think a 5 inch is a little bit overkill. When you get a tach with a shift light it really does help shifting though, not having to look down at your cluster every time you want to switch gears.

I did alot of the mods on my car. i agree with jwmm, the shift light would make it a lot easier. also, its not a d16, its a d15 vtec. its a dx but i swapped out the motor with one of those low mile japanese motors. ill post some pics of my interior

i have an ex cluster, so yes it does come with a tach, but a shift light would be nice instead of looking down at it everytime. i dont have an ear for motors, so trying to determine when to shift is a bit difficult without looking at the tach

You can add a shift light to your cluster if you dont know how to drive a stick yet....

The idea of a 5" tach is just a little out there. If you wanted a shift light in the cluster would be much more attractive and clean IMO.

I've been wondering about those JDM D15 motors.
How much did you get yours for? and how easy was the swap?
