I've had my 99 Honda Civic HX for about 3 years now. Ive never even changed the air intake setup. I thought of the car as a comuter car for the past 3 years until my friend let me take his civic si out for a drive. He put a turbo on it and i was surprised at how much faster it was then my car. I know that my car only has 97hp but there was a big difference. Well lets just say he convinced me to buy a b18 block and rebuild it and drop it into my car. This might take some time because i dont want to put it in the car until i get it the way i want it. I'm thinking about putting a turbo on it and im hoping for atleast 350hp. If anyone has any ideas please let me know, im kind of new to the civic world of tuning. I hate to say it but i also own an 87 toyota supra but i enjoy front wheel drive cars tomuch not to rebuild my civic.
