Default New to the forum

Hey I'm new to this forum. I have a 7th generation 01 civic. I have a few mods done to it already. I've installed headers, cold air intake, cat-back exhaust, and the crank puller replaced with a lighter one. I'm a car enthuist and am looking for new ideas to do to my car so if anyone has any new ideas let me know.

How many headers do you have on the car? I could never get more than one header on at a time. lol

What kind of new ideas are you looking for? Performance? Exterior/Interior? What do you want to accomplish?

PICS!

Lightweight crank pulley is a bad idea, you can develop crankwalk due to not having a balanced crankshaft. The stock pulleys have harmonic balancers in them, and your engine is not internally balanced. That means right now, your crank isn't balanced, and you can eventually cause severe damage to your engine.

What if I changed all the pulleys to light weight pulleys? Like the Ralco pulley set?

What do you mean more than one header? I only put one header on there. And I've already started on the interior.

well the underglow pic is old but I don't even use them. That was when I was younger. And yes the accessory pulleys. I have an underdrive pulley but haven't installed it yet. Interior-I put seats from the 02 EP3 SI civic, a harness bar which was a pain in the *** because it didn't fit correctly so I had to fabricate the brackets from the stock seat belts. I also put some no brand harnesses because I'm unemployed now so I couldn't afford Takata's. Once I get a job I will get some. I haven't put pictures of the engine yet but I have headers and a cold air intake. When I purchased the rims I wasn't sure what would look good but I think they worked out alright.

The accessory pulleys are safe to use, but keep in mind that the underdrive alternator pulley will diminish the effectiveness of your charging system so it's not really a good idea. Power steering pulley is fine.

P.S. The power steering pulley nut/shaft are reverse threaded (for future reference).
