hey guys, just wanted to post up and say hello~

ride: silver 2000 civic EX coupe with 17" exel rims, manual tran.

not really any aftermarket gear with the exception of a DAC intake that came with the car when i bought it in '03.

have no plans to sell, terrific handling for a car in this class/pricerange, going to run it into the ground. 119k miles and barely broken in. love it.

needs smaller wheels and a drop. I see you have the factory OEM fogs, appearing to have came with the car. Nice touch.

thx for the replies! i'd actually been riding lower a few years back but after realizing how much it sucked in the winter i decided to avoid the hassle of all the snow buildup and put it back up. and those who mentioned smaller wheels, right on. i've spent an obscene amount on tire replacement with the 17s

 

maybe you should look into a real mild drop, like with the H&R OE Sport springs. They're like a .5" drop. You'll get rid of the 4x4 look and still be high enough to drive in snow.

 

or you can get some adjustable coilovers, slammed in the spring and 4x4'd in the winter
