1. You won't need an SRI if you already have a CAI, because they both hook up to the intake manifold.
2. A bypass valve is basically pointless unless you drive through water so deep, that it completely submerges the filter of your intake. Whatever small hp gain you would get from a CAI, is nearly nullified by the bypass.

2. bypass, i need one b/c i dont want to take a risk but i know just be more caution when driving. Also i live in NYC.

oh there couple things i have for my car and didnt add it =)
i got skunk2 upper and upper rear strut bar, DC SPORTS tiebar, Tint wiindow( not to dark and not to light), and sony explode cd desk and all four speakers( 2 front and 2 rear) all done by professinal. HehEhE
future:
1.Sways bars
2.DC sports header 4-2-1 CC 1 or 2 piece dunno which one better. <- 50% chance of getting it.
3.New cat. conver built-in resonator <- i think magnaflow have one but not sure if fix my car.
4.silencer <- if only they help reduce the sound a lit bit more.
