i dont have my civic quite yet but i'm lookin for a coupe any year between 96-00. definitely automatic since i'll be usin it daily.

any tips on what year/model is best? (i've got my eye on the 99/00 Si but i cant find an automatic =/)

autos are junk go for a 5 speed. If I ever bought a Civic agian it would be an EK hatch

 

if i dont get an rsx i'll go 5speed [8D]

 

99/00 civic si's only come inmanual so thats probably why you are not able to find one in automatic, but manual is not all that bad, you get used to it after a while

 

Welcome and please don't get an auto. I have one and hate it. I plan in doing a 5 speed swap in mine.

i first learned to drive in a 5speed but i never got to driving it routinely
