Default new guy, honda through and through

hey everyone, i'm new here. I don't have a vic yet, but I have wanted one since I was about 13. I'm 18 now and in college and working my *** off to save up and get one. My fave model is the 6th gen (96-00) and I'll either get a coupe or hatch. I'm not much into speed, I like comfort and to look as good as possible. I'm sure I'll come up with lots of dumb questions for you guys. but... I think i better get to class. just wanted to sign up and say hello!

I should mention though, that I don't really consider myself a newbie... not to the tuner world.. just to this forum. I have wanted a vic for a long time and have been around long enoough to gain alot of admiration for the Japanese market... wish I had more money lol. If anyone wants to answer questions from me, I'll most likely be found posting in the appearance forum. see ya

wow, well thanks for the warm welcome! I've been looking through the photo gallery and if most of you all are chasing speed, you're definately not forgetting about the look of your car either! there are some really good lookin vics out there! Personally I kinda want to go the mugen/spoon route for my civic (it'll all be fake, mind you, I definately don't have the money for tha real thing)... I wanna 6th gen... with lips front and back, and some kind of simple side skirt... i've seen some i like but I can;t ever remember what they're called. they look alot like stockers but they have a vent towards the rear wheel... they look nice and clean. Either a mugen or type R grill...I'd also like some mugen mirrors, but if I can't find those, then i'll just get some "sport" ones off the net somewhere. I'll finish this up in the appearance forum, thanks again!

Welcome to the site! You might find that making your car pretty can be a pain. But you might also find yourself falling into the tuner pool instead like the rest of us.
