Default new here :)

Hey there! Just acquired my new Honda a couple days ago, & I'm in love!!!
I drive a bright red '02 Civic EX Coupe ~ TSW rims, Eclipse radio and disc changer, black rear spoiler, all black fabric interior, rear window tints and custom exhaust. Bought used from private seller w/ only 53000 miles on it and for $5600..looks and feels brand new! Here are pictures- taken on my phone so they're not top quality, sry!

& a little about me: 21 year old female from chicago suburbs in my last year of college, looking to learn more about mods for civics like body kits, etc.

welcome to HCF! not really feeling the rims, doesn't really flow with your civic. and please stay away from body kits, most of them don't even look good and are overdone

Welcome to the site! Nice Civic you got there, congrats! I would definitely stay away from bodykits they look ugly and throw the lines of your car off. Look into a lip kit. And maybe down the line an auto-to-manual swap?

Welcome to the HCF. I have to agree about the body kits (no). Nice front lip, change the grille, lots of other possibilities. Are you going to keep it as an automatic? If you are there is not too much you can do to improve performance.

really? hmm I kinda see that but I think without them my car would be too generic-looking. Plus since I didn't have to pay for them, why not keep them on

If you like the rims then I say go ahead and keep them. At least they arent massively over-sized like a lot of people have. I agree about staying away from body kits. They cost a lot, look awekward, hardly ever fit right without a lot of modification, and most people end up busting up the front end somehow or another. A lip kit and lowering the car would be more subtle way to make it look sharp. Nice car!
