Welcome to the forum! I live in Owensboro, KY(yeah, I know people from Evansville hate us) and I was in Evansville last weekend and noticed the ricers. I even got to see an example of what my car would look like if someone decided to pee on it, poop on the pee, and then puke on the poop. I wish I had my camera so I could've taken pics of the ugly cars. Owensboro has it's fair share of 'ricers' as well(as you probably knew), but I think Evansville has a lot more than we do.
