Hello everyone. I'm a new member, just picked-up a 97 civic LX 4dr from my cousin for free
. It wasn't running and I asked them what the problem was and all I had to do was switch out the alternator , spark plugs, and alternator belt and got it running. I've already did the timing belt/water pump, got the driver side cv boot changed, spark plug wires as well. All I need left to do is get the driver side window motor swapped out, do a tune up (cap and rotor), change the back brakes and switch out the motor mounts (fronts). the thing has about 230K on the odometer. I decided to pick it up as my dd and put less wear and tear on my 06 RSX Type-S. Just wanted to introduce myself.

I'll post pictures tomorrow when I'm working on the car. The RSX is pretty much stock besides HIDs and tint. Since the RSX was my dd before the Civic i didn't want to do anything extreme yet to attract unwanted attention. Thanks for the welcome
